All orders are being serviced via our Distribution Centre in the Netherlands.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (GMT) on the same day, Monday to Friday.
Please allow additional processing time during peak periods, launches, promotions and holiday seasons. It can take up to 2-3 business days to prepare an order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email including the shipment tracking number for your reference.
All orders are shipped via UPS Express.

Orders between 175€ - 299.99€ will incur a delivery fee of 9.95€
Orders below 175€ will incur a delivery fee of 14.95€
Switzerland:
Orders over 250€ will receive FREE standard delivery
Orders below 250.00€ will incur a delivery fee of 19.95€
For all other EU countries:
Orders over 175€ will receive FREE standard delivery
Orders between 75€ - 174.99€ will incur a delivery fee of 9.95€
Orders below 75€ will incur a delivery fee of 14.95€
