Our US customer orders are being serviced via our DC in New Jersey.
We strive to process and ship orders within 24 hours of order receipt. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (EST) will normally be fulfilled and dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Orders received after 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, will be processed for dispatch the following Monday.
All orders are shipped via FedEx, Augustinus Bader offers a choice of three shipping service levels, which are dependent upon basket value and will be calculated and visible during checkout:
STANDARD SHIPPING:
Orders over $75 will qualify for FREE STANDARD delivery. Orders below $75 will incur a delivery fee of $8.95
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Orders over $450 will qualify for FREE EXPRESS delivery.
Orders between $200 and $449.99 will incur a delivery fee of $9.95 for EXPRESS delivery
Orders below $200 will incur a delivery fee of $14.95 for EXPRESS delivery
Auto-Replenish
Free standard delivery on all auto-replenish orders
We offer free standard delivery on all auto-replenish orders. Your subscription will always be delivered free of charge
Your order will be delivered Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m., with a signature required.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or Freight Forwarding addresses.
Sales Taxes, Products and Shipping:
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - CA, NY (starting 5/26/20), CT, IL, VA (starting 7/3/20), NJ (starting 7/26/20), KS (starting 11/11/20), GA, NC (starting 4/9/21), MD, MA, MN, OH and PA (5/5/21), CO and WA (starting 5/28/21), HI, IN, KY, NV, SC, TN, TX, UT (starting 10/1/21). Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges.
