How do I cancel my Auto-Replenishment order?

Our Auto-Replenishment service requires a minimum commitment of three (3) cycles. After completing these three cycles, you may cancel the service at any time through your account. To cancel, log in and navigate to the 'Orders and Replenishments' section. Click on the 'Cancel Replenishment' link and confirm your cancellation.

Please be aware that if you attempt to cancel your replenishment profile before completing the third cycle, the profile will remain active until the end of the third cycle. Full cancellation will only take effect after the third cycle is completed.

If you wish to restart your Auto-Replenishment, you can easily do so by reactivating the canceled profile in your dashboard. This process allows you to resume scheduled deliveries of your chosen products seamlessly.
