Follow these step-by-step instructions to update the shipping address on your Auto-Replenishment profile:
1. Login to Your Customer Account:
Begin by logging into your account on our website using your username and password.
2. Navigate to 'Order & Replenishments':
Once logged in, find the 'Order & Replenishments' section. This is typically located in the main navigation menu or on your account dashboard.
3. Select 'Change Delivery Address' in the Subscription Profile:
Within the 'Order & Replenishments' section, locate the specific subscription profile you wish to update. Click on 'Change Delivery Address' for that subscription.
4. Choose the Correct Delivery Address from the Dropdown Menu:
A drop-down menu will appear with your saved addresses. Select the correct delivery address from this menu. If the desired address is not listed, refer to our guide on 'How to Save a New Address to Your Account' for instructions on adding a new address.
5. Verify and Save Changes:
Double-check that the selected address is accurate. Once satisfied, look for a 'Save Delivery Address' to confirm and save the new shipping address to your Auto-Replenishment profile.
