To redeem your Loyalty Points on Replenish orders, please follow the steps outlined below.
Sign In to Your Customer Account:
Start by logging into your account on our website using your username and password.
Access the 'Order & Replenishments' Section:
Once logged in, locate the 'Order & Replenishments' section, typically found in the main navigation menu or on your account dashboard.
Redeem Loyalty Points in the Subscription Profile:
Within the 'Order & Replenishments' section, find the specific subscription profile you want to update. Click on 'redeem my loyalty points' for that subscription.
Use the cursor to apply the desired amount of points and confirm by clicking the “Redeem My Loyalty Points” button.
