Unspent Loyalty Points are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and are redeemed chronologically. Expired points will be removed from your account. As this date approaches, we’ll remind you of your unspent points through email.

You can redeem these at any time but please note that Loyalty Points can only be redeemed on the website they were earned at.
