How do I pause my Replenish order?

Our Auto-Replenishment service has a minimum commitment of three (3) cycles. After your first three (3) cycles you can pause at any time.

The first step is to log in to your account.

Once logged in, navigate to the section 'Orders and Replenishments' from within your account. Next, simply click on the button 'Pause' and confirm your choice.

Your order will remain paused until reinstated by you. Do this at any time by following the steps above and clicking the button now showing as 'Reactivate'.
