If you need to return an item, you have 28 days from receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
Items must be returned new, unused, unopened and with all security seals still attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or refunded.
To start a return, please submit your request through our Returns Portal.
For standard or change-of-mind returns, we do not provide a prepaid return label. You will need to arrange and pay for the return using a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been completed.
For certain return reasons, such as a faulty product, incorrect item or approved adverse reaction, complimentary return shipping may be
provided following review of your request.
Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. If Loyalty Points were redeemed on the order, the applicable points will be returned to your Loyalty Points balance.
